No. A Harrisons Property Solutions inspection is a visual property condition inspection and report designed to document the apparent condition of accessible areas and identify matters that may require attention.
It is not a structural survey, valuation, electrical inspection, gas safety inspection or other specialist technical assessment.
Where specialist investigation is appropriate, we can identify this within our recommendations and, where instructed, assist in arranging the relevant professional or contractor.
