If the condition of the property isn't fully understood, we can first carry out a Property Inspection & Condition Report.
£350 + VAT
This provides photographic evidence of the property's apparent condition and identifies matters that may require attention.
Then Resolve What We Find
Where works are required, Harrisons can obtain appropriate quotations and coordinate approved contractors.

Managed Property Works
From £500 + VAT
Our management fee reflects the work involved in sourcing quotations, coordinating contractors, arranging access and overseeing the agreed instruction.
The final management fee will depend upon the scope, complexity and level of coordination required and will be confirmed before instruction.
- Contractor charges are separate.
- Where a contractor requires a specialist inspection, survey or call-out before providing a quotation, that cost will also be confirmed before proceeding.
- For larger or more complex projects, bespoke management fees may apply.
Three Quotes Where Appropriate
Where appropriate to the nature and value of the works, we can obtain multiple quotations to provide comparison before a contractor is instructed.
For specialist, urgent or lower-value works, the most appropriate procurement approach will be discussed with you.
